A History of Trust & Experience Tesco Elevator was founded in April 1980 as Technical Elevator Service Co., Inc. The primary goal of the company has always been to provide a quality elevator services at a reasonable cost to our customers.
In 1998, the original owners retired and Bruce J. Steffen came aboard as the owner and officer of the company. We are centrally located to serve the Tri-State Area, with our greatest objective being to provide prompt service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Presently, we have 10 elevator inspectors on staff, 8 of whom are union members. They have all either completed or are currently enrolled in NEIEP Training. We also have QEI (Qualified Elevator Inspector) mechanics on staff. Altogether, our staff has more than 110 years of combined experience in the elevator industry.
